When you contacted us, our team reviewed the photos provided and determined the issue described was a very minor cosmetic imperfection that did not affect the functionality or integrity of the item. In line with our quality standards and published policies, this did not qualify as a defect requiring a refund. At no point did we “ghost” communication. After the matter was escalated to your bank, we complied fully with the chargeback process as required and provided the requested documentation.
