Freelancer to CEOReviews of suzycrawford.com

It has been two years since I joined the Suzy program, and it has definitely helped me a lot. Not only have I gained valuable knowledge about how to create effective campaigns, but it has also helped me develop a much stronger sense of structure in our work. For our agency, this program represented a significant shift. When we first joined, we didn’t have much structure in place, and Suzy helped us organize our processes and think more strategically about how we operate. That said, we haven’t always been able to take full advantage of everything the program offers. Sometimes the scheduling of the live classes doesn’t align with our availability — for example, some sessions are held at noon when we are often in meetings. However, the possibility to ask questions is still there, which is valuable. There have been moments when I felt that not all of my questions received a response, but overall the experience has been extremely positive. In general, this program has been life-changing for me and for our agency. I would absolutely recommend it.

This month marks two years inside Freelancer to CEO, and I can confidently say it changed the entire direction of my business. When I joined, I had a few clients, but I was unsure and massively undercharging. I would panic over challenging client situations or Meta platform changes. I constantly wondered if I was doing enough or doing it right. What made this program different wasn’t just the strategy (which is incredibly practical and current). It was the support. There were many moments I came in overwhelmed navigating difficult client conversations, trying to keep up with ad platform changes, restructuring my offers, raising my rates and I never once felt dismissed. The coaches genuinely show up and care. They don’t just teach concepts. They walk through real-life business decisions with you. And they’re also your biggest cheerleaders. They helped me move from “Can I actually charge this?” to confidently increasing my fees and structuring my business in a way that feels sustainable and aligned. I’ve invested in other programs before and walked away feeling like I bought into hype. This was the opposite. No inflated promises. No “overnight success” messaging. You have to do the work and they provide the mentorship, accountability, and community to support you while you do it. 2 years later, I’ve stayed because of the growth, the community, the encouragement, and the evolving challenges that come with running a business. When I found Suzy, I took a leap because I knew there had to be a better way to build this. It ended up being the last program I needed. And I truly mean that all of the coaches are exceptional at what they do. Whether it’s ads, copy, client acquisition, or sales, they are knowledgeable, kind, and deeply invested in your success. If you’re hesitating because you’ve been burned before or wondering if it’s worth it, I understand. I was there too. But I can confidently say this was worth the time, the investment, and the leap.

Joining this business coach program has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my growth. The strategy and support are next-level practical, clear, and actually impactful. But what I love most is the community. Everyone is so supportive and always down to help, share insights, and celebrate each other’s wins. It truly feels collaborative, not competitive, and that makes all the difference. So grateful to be part of it

So much more than a course. Unmatched mentorship and support from people who are really in it doing the work too. Credible experts who have built what I’m aspiring to. No regrets on this investment!

This community is so helpful and collaborative. I booked a really lucrative job from my connections in this group & the lead gen feedback really sets this program apart - there are a lot of groups out there that help you define your niche and your offer, but they tell you to just 'leverage your own network.' This group actually helped me reach beyond my own network to book work with new clients.

I truly only have great things to say about this program. Before joining F2CEO, my business had grown to the point where I was turning away new clients because I was at max bandwidth. At the same time, I couldn’t hire anyone because all of my systems and processes lived in my head. The idea of bringing someone on and having to teach them everything felt so overwhelming, so I stayed stuck… I was overextended and knew I couldn’t keep operating that way much longer. & That’s when I joined the F2CEO program. Suzy and her team helped me build real structure and systems in my business so I’m no longer the bottleneck. They also helped me reframe my mindset to fully recognize the value I bring to my clients and confidently set boundaries. That shift alone has been transformative. Not only has this program delivered on everything it promised, it has far exceeded my expectations. The team continuously adds more and more value and resources on top of everything the program already offers. This community is hands down the most supportive network I’ve ever been part of. I’ve made my investment back tenfold and have gained so much clarity and confidence in the process. So glad I joined!

This is literally the best investment I've ever made for myself and my business. I came here for the systems and stayed for the community! The course itself is soooo comprehensive and always evolving. The coaches are all incredible, and being in a space with other like-minded business owners who not only get what you're trying to do but will help you get there is so inspiring. Sharing, supporting, and collaborating is at the core of the programme. After almost 3 years in, FtoCEO has supported me through many seasons of business and many more to come.

Joining Freelancer to CEO was the best decision that I made as a freelancer. I was so overwhelmed, had no systems in place, didn’t know what lead generation to do, and basically just cried everyday. Suzys program is amazing, there is SO much information, like everything you need to know, there’s no reason to even have to buy any other program. And Suzy herself, actually cares. She’s not like all these other guru coaches that promise the world and don’t deliver. Suzy delivers, and she delivers with empathy and SO much support. Best decision I’ve made, I will never leave the program ever, it’s so nice to have such a large community of people that have so much knowledge and that all support each other and help each other grow their businesses.
