I absolutely love the orange vanilla organic shampoo. I have used it for 12 years and my hair is very shiny and healthy. The smell is wonderful, no harmful parabens.

So grateful today for Delaney - a customer service agent with Suzanne’s company. I found her extremely helpful with an issue I had regarding a delivery. Delaney went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. Thank you Delaney!!!

I had a bag of protein powder arrive with a hole in the bottom, and quite a bit of the product had spilled into the shipping box. I emailed SuzanneSomers.com customer service explaining the issue and included photos, and they responded almost immediately to let me know they would replace the entire bag. They were quick to respond, courteous, helpful, and very professional throughout the process. Exceptional customer service can be hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. SuzanneSomers.com is definitely one of those companies, and my experience with their customer service was exceptional.

I've been using Suzanne Organics for a couple of years, and it is all wonderful! I wanted products with pure ingredients from a company with integrity. I know that Suzanne and Caroline created the line with the highest quality in mind and it shows. I especially love the Manuka honey products, the lip balm, and the tinted spf moisturizer, which is so light and airy. I use several products every day and love them! The customer service team is always so responsive and helpful too!

Suzanne Organics products are fantastic along with their customer service. Products are clean, effective, with high quality ingredients. Customer service is professional, you can always talk to a human, and efficient. Highly recommend!

I love all of Suzanne’s products. I feel good using clean organic.

I just reordered my miracle products: Everyday Cleanser, Ageless Serum, and Bioactive Moisturizer. I called Customer Service, and the representative was very warm and helpful. She populated the checkout page with my birthday bonus, which was a nice surprise. The Customer Service is top-notch, and the products are still the best.
