My outdoor patio furniture was back ordered, so I didn’t expect it until much later into the summer. The other day my husband and I pulled into the driveway and there it was. It was a partial delivery but the next day the rest arrived. Customer service was wonderful and right on it! We love the furniture and couldn’t be happier. All our neighbors are wanting it now! I ordered a patio set in May. At the time I ordered it, I knew that it was on backorder for a little over a month. I received an email the next business day to confirm that I knew it was on backorder and that I still wanted it. I appreciated that extra step that Stellahome was not obligated to take. I was very pleased with my furniture when it arrived, except for the ottoman/coffee table which was crooked. I contacted Stellahome, they were very responsive and provided me a couple of options on how to handle this. I chose to take a partial refund (since the ottoman/coffee table was part of a set and wasn't available as a single replacement piece), and within 1 business day I was refunded my money. I really appreciated the responsiveness of Stellahome and their willingness to work with me to resolve this issue!

I received my order and I really love this set !! The quality of the chairs are great. The wicker has a soft feel to it and there was no damage to any of the pieces.

I am really happy with my new patio set . Very good quality and sturdy I had some decor pillows and put them on the back of the chairs . I would definitely recommend this . Very happy with it.
