Hello Ricky, We are sorry to see that you decided to characterize SurveyPronto as fraudulent despite the explanations provided to you by our support team. To clarify for other readers, our minimum withdrawal amount is $25, and this requirement is communicated to our members. Reaching a balance of $15 does not trigger any restriction on surveys and has no connection with whether a participant qualifies for a particular study. We reviewed your account after you contacted us. Our records show that your survey activity decreased during September and that you were not regularly attempting surveys. Your account history also shows successful survey credits as well as bonus credits that SurveyPronto has awarded to you on multiple occasions. Survey eligibility and screening decisions are made by the individual survey providers and research clients according to their target groups, quotas and other project requirements. SurveyPronto does not deliberately disqualify members as they approach the withdrawal threshold. Active SurveyPronto members who qualify for surveys and reach the $25 minimum regularly request and receive their payments. You are, of course, entitled to share your experience and to contact any organization you consider appropriate. We will equally continue to respond to concerns based on the records and information available to us. Our support team remains available at [email protected] should you wish to provide details of any specific survey you believe was completed but not credited. The SurveyPronto Team

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding survey rewards. However, it’s important to clarify that survey compensation is determined entirely by our research clients, not by SurveyPronto directly. Reward amounts can vary based on many factors, including region, target audience, and the specific requirements of each study. Some markets may indeed have access to higher-paying surveys more frequently, while others may receive lower-value opportunities — this reflects demand from clients rather than unequal treatment by our platform. We also always indicate rewards as “up to” a certain amount, as the final compensation depends on qualification and the specific survey path. That said, new surveys are added regularly, and qualifying for the right ones can improve your overall earnings over time. We appreciate your feedback and remain open to assisting you should you have specific concerns or examples to review please send us and email. Kind regards, The SurveyPronto Team

Thank you for your feedback. Screening questions are a standard part of all legitimate survey platforms. Research studies look for very specific participant profiles, so it is normal that not every user qualifies for every survey. In some cases, disqualification can also happen later in a survey if the system detects very fast completion times, inconsistent answers, or responses that do not meet the quality requirements set by the research client. These quality checks are necessary to ensure the validity of the research data. If you experienced technical errors or believe you were screened out unfairly, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team with a short description of the issue, along with screenshots and any relevant details. This allows us to review the case and communicate with the research provider. When possible, we do our best to help resolve the issue and request appropriate compensation from the client. We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the experience for our users.

Thank you for your feedback. Screening questions are a normal part of all legitimate survey platforms. Research clients look for very specific participant profiles (for example age group, profession, location, or product usage). The initial questions help determine whether someone fits the target group for that particular study. Because each survey has strict criteria, it’s completely normal that not everyone qualifies for every survey. This doesn’t mean the surveys are not real — it simply means the study is looking for a different demographic. To increase chances of qualifying, we recommend keeping your profile information accurate and checking surveys regularly, as new studies with different requirements are added throughout the day. Many users successfully complete surveys and receive rewards on our platform, but qualification can never be guaranteed because it depends on the research requirements set by the clients.
