If I could give survey pronto no stars I would - I've been faithfully completing surveys for this despicable company for a few years now but recently stopped getting any survey links via email. I questioned this via their so-called customer services who coldly informed me that my account had been deleted (WITHOUT INFORMING ME) as they had received 'complaints' from a survey provider. Upon querying this further, I just got told it was as per their 'terms and conditions'. No further explanations were given, they've ignored all further emails from me and the money I did have outstanding with them, they've just kept it and basically STOLEN it!! AVOID this company at all costs - it takes ages to get up to the cash out limit which is $30, you never know how much you will be paid for each survey you complete till they send you a list of completed surveys, and usually each survey averages between 3¢ to maybe 60¢ if you're lucky! A lot of the time, you get to complete an entire survey, get to the end after having spent 20 mins or longer only to be told you've been declined at the VERY END!! And survey pronto do NOTHING about this!! I'm not sure why I bothered to stay with survey pronto for all this time, but wish I'd left a lot sooner. They're thieves and offer no support whatsoever - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They stole my earnings! After a couple of years of dedicated survey completion, Pronto decided to close my account without telling me. I assumed it was a technical glitch as I couldn't log in, and they sent no new emails with surveys. Eventually, I sent an email to tech support, and finally got a reply today saying that a client had complained about my surveys. They didn't even have the decency to advise me or investigate these spurious claims, and they have not paid me the $14 I have spent ages accumulating through their pitiful payouts. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Depuis 6 mois, je reçois toujours une même quantité de mails dont aucun ne me correspondent. Pire, le contenu d’un des mails renvoie sur un site considéré comme très dangereux et bloqué par l’antivirus Norton. Je confirme les nombreux témoignages stipulant l’apparition de problèmes lorsque vous arrivez au voisinage des 20$ (18,5$ dans mon cas) : une volonté manifeste de ne pas vous payer. Ils ont gagné, je me suis désinscrit aujourd’hui. Un conseil : ne perdez pas votre temps, fuyez !

Scam!!!!!!!!!!!! I answered more than 3 surveys from dynata and opinion surveys router, but surveypronto NEVER delivered my credits. Pure scam.

Es increíble como juegan con el tiempo, durante casi un mes estuve dedicando gran parte de mi tiempo a rellenar encuestas para llegar al monto mínimo y poder retirarlo, justo cuando ya tenia el monto completo (30$) me eliminan la cuenta, al ingresar indican que no tengo ninguna cuenta registrada. Todavía no me creo la burla. Coloco un a estrella solo para poder opinar, pero le doy 0 a esta empresa.
