My account has been stuck 'under review' for a month for a £30.02 cash out by Survey Pop. Now my app says 'out of surveys' permanently. Support refuses to give an arrival date or fix it. I did the work honestly and just want my payout. Please release my funds."

I was really skeptical about the payments and cash outs but they really work. Where it sucks at is the poor connection or the time outs or actually finishing a survey and not getting paid. I wanted to give a good review because when I started it was great but I think yall have a lot more work to put in.

I’ve had SurveyPop downloaded on my phone for several months now. In all that time, I’ve only been able to cash out $6—maybe twice at most. The app is painfully slow to help you reach the payout threshold. Once, I did have the opportunity to earn $60, but it required completing an extremely long survey that asked me to categorize songs to the appropriate radio stations. This took several hours spread over a few days to finish. Unfortunately, most of the other surveys are either broken or misleading. They often string you along until near the end, only to screen you out without compensating anything. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience and not worth the time.

I fully completed an award, properly following the steps, and was never awarded the $20 reward. I emailed customer service almost 10 times, receiving a response ONCE, which was incredibly dismissive and they basically wrote me off. I sent screen shots proving everything and they are seemingly refusing to communicate with me further. Beyond dissatisfied with their service and practices.

I’ve been using this survey site for quite some time now. I completed an offer 5 days ago. It was for Uphold. I was advised to download the app, create an account and deposit $10. After that I was suppose to receive $35.60! It also stated that I would receive the money in an hour. After 5 days, I still haven’t received it yet and I’ve sent 3 emails. No one has gotten back to me yet. I’m very disappointed and I think it’s unprofessional that no one has gotten back to me yet. It really feels like a scam at this point! Beware!

I had a great experience with this app but last two weeks, there are surveys to be had but either I don’t qualify- fair enough, they crash when I’m towards the end OR I get kicked out halfway through. It’s so frustrating.

Positives: instant payout and a £1.20 survey when you cash out, which takes less than a minute. Negatives: the video reward never materialises. I've told them numerous times but they don't respond or seemingly fix the issue. Also, I've completed surveys and it doesn't redirect to the reward, it just doesn't do anything. Again, I've contacted them and provided screenshots but they just fob you off with excuses.
