Customer support is unresponsive and they won't reply you even if you are a priority member! My payment has been held for over 2 weeks now, I haven't gotten it yet!

Information/paid survey scam, unpaid surveys, this company should be ashamed of themselves. They steal information, ones time and dedication and don't take any feedback but pretend it doesn't happen. This is the same company that owns Eureka who believe it or not is even more dishonest. The closer you get to payout minimum is when they really start taking the info and shutting the survey down,"closed,"without payment. This should be illegal. Neither eureka nor surveypop change this problem or try to address these issues. Do not upload your ID, any more you should trust them to pay you.

Survey app didn’t pay I didn’t receive to cashouts from them !!!!! Something supposed to been received I have two payouts I didn’t receive actually

I have cashed out and checked my PayPal email so many times and it’s correct but some how I don’t have the money I made and it’s been the day it said would arrive into my bank.

They refuse to pay out and they never respond to emails. I cashed out $13 and they said they had to approve it. I waited 2 weeks and they never approved it. I contacted them via email and they never responded. I emailed the CEO and they finally responded, asked for my transaction ID, then canceled the pending payout and never responded again. Apple deletes all my negative reviews of them, so use their TrustPilot score, not their app store score!

they dont pay out at all i cashed out at on 13 th its 24 th now they cant pay 4 pound lol

Bonjour , J’ai toujours eu mais gains jusqu’à maintenant mais le service client répond souvent une fois toute les deux semaine les paiement sont très long…. Tout est très long et un service client pas présent !
