They are not a scam. This is not what that is about. It is the intense extreme long wait times of 6 to 8 weeks to receive and sent to close a Market research study or survey. That is unfair as you get incentive immediately but the user has to wait for incentive for completing task. Then you put another 2 to 3 week waiting period for verification that you did the study correctly. OK if we have to wait why don’t you have to wait you get money before we get money which means you benefiting before we benefit there’s other websites that give you your money after you finish the study just because they give you a higher incentive means nothing. They are betting on the fact that you abandon your account before you actually wanna cash out stay away from them. Update I have yet to be approved for the balance so I have not actually cashed out with them so I have only been going on here from before so they may be a scam. Will update once I know more.

None of the surveys ever open . I emailed them to tell them about the situation and never got a response . I had only one payout since I started using them This is my history on the site 553 assigned , 303 attemted, 250 missed,6 complete ,9 over quota , 220 screened out , 68 drop

I've been waiting since June for some of my credits to be approved. I've reached out to support twice and have never heard back. They're still marked as Pending. You can cash out at $20 and it just so happens I've been sitting at $19 waiting for these credits to clear. Coincidence? ***Jan 2026 update*** Was finally able to cash out. In January. 2026. Waited from June 2025 - January 2026. Seven. Months.

This is a great Survey site! And they respond promptly to any issues!

This service is reliable and makes it worth your time. However, there are not that many opportunities to complete a survey. When you can, the reward is significant and redeeming the credits is very simple.

I have been using Surveybyte for a while now and I must say that now it is getting ridiculous that you do survey after survey only for your points needing to be approved. I have been doing surveys just to reach a dollar that I need to redeem $14 but every survey either screens you out or you do a survey just for you to wait weeks upon weeks to be approved for the points. Highway robbery and for now I wouldn't recommend this survey site at all. Y'all need to do better. Let me cash out like why is it so hard that a $2 survey points has to be approved when you only need a $1 left to cash out.

I've been using surveybyte for over a year. I've been stuck at $24.50. All I need is 50¢ to cash out. I'm starting to think I'm not going to get to it. Has anyone else had this issue. I would love to give it a higher score but until I can get the 50¢ I'm staying at one star. I finally made it to $25 but the only couple of things that make me not want to do it again is..... It didn't have any gift cards that I like, no PayPal or cash app and that it took over a year to just get to the $25 cash out limit.

Surveybyte is a great platform. They have A high pay raise. They have customer service that handles your problem and communicates with you and not leaving you hanging and making sure you get paid
