Extensive product line, fast shipping, exactly what I ordered, would definitely order again!

I have ordered 3x now (20 scents total) and I received my items in excellent condition, well labeled. Order confirmation and shipment tracking are promptly communicated and customer service is good. They have a wide selection of current and vintage fragrances. Prices are reasonable. Offering small amounts of sample fragrances is a good niche business model. I get tired of scents quickly and always want to try new ones. I highly recommend Surrender to Chance.

Did not receive product. When asking for refund they insisted on a copy of my govt id..i refused..DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I placed two orders with Surrender to Chance on August 11, 2026, totaling $138.21. Unfortunately, the shipment never reached me. According to the company’s own email, there had been no new USPS scan since August 19, and their Business Manager ultimately wrote to me: “I am truly sorry the USPS lost your package.” I contacted the company multiple times and specifically requested a full refund. Instead of resolving the issue directly, I was told that because I had purchased Route Package Protection, I had to wait 20 days from the last scan and then file separate claims myself through Route for each order. I paid Surrender to Chance for the products and shipping. When the shipment was lost, I expected the company I purchased from to take responsibility for resolving the problem with its shipping partners, rather than sending me to a third party to pursue my own refund. The ordering and payment process was immediate and easy. Getting help when something went wrong has been the exact opposite. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again, particularly for international shipping.

Ridiculous service to say the least. I placed an order, and they canceled it immediately without even contacting me first. Why? Because my billing and shipping address are different. In my case, that's always been the case, and I've never had a problem with that. They could have at the very least contacted me first. But nope, and they wouldn't budge, when I reached out to them. Taking my business elsewhere. They obviously don't care to improve their customer service.

I ordered a sample of Giorgio Armani Acqua di Gio Profumo from Surrender to Chance. Their listing described the original 2015 formula with the characteristic incense note. The sample I received did not have that note and smelled like the current reformulated version I already own. I emailed their customer service three times over several days requesting clarification on which formula the sample was from. I did not receive any reply. As a result, I disputed the charge through my credit card company and received a full refund. The site has a wide selection and other customers seem happy with the packaging and shipping. However, the lack of any response to my inquiries was disappointing. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a 8oz bottle of Canoe. Box and bottle had "Original" on them. , I am very familiar with the scent however what I received was an entirely different fragrance. Whatever they have is not authentic. It was a complete waste of money because they do not accept returns . If you're interested in this fragrance do not buy it here because you receive a cheap substitute that smells nothing like the original. I will dispute with my CC company

I love Surrender to chance they offer such a great selection of fragrance decants and all for a very fair price! I appreciate that they have a 1ml spray option and that the decants are very high quality :) its not to see a decant site offer Guerlain too as many don't. No complaints as of yet and I intend to continue to purchase from them in the future! Also I really appreciate that they often hand write a thank you on the order slip, adds an extra special touch <3
