Sent a different jersey than what was pictured. Reached out to customer service and go no response. No phone number listed for customer support.

Did not receive compression shorts like I ordered but instead just got a pair of nylon gym shorts with a flimsy holder for the athletic cup.

The website indicated that the items I ordered were in stock, but when I made the order, I received a refund with no explanation of the reason for the refund. I assume the items were not in stock, but communication could have been better. As a small business owner with a web shop myself, I know how hard it can be to keep online inventory up to date, but good communication is key to maintaining trust with customers. I ordered two neck guard shirts, and I had read previous reviews that money was refunded without an explanation, so I had an idea that this might happen, but it was a bummer not to get the items I needed.

I placed an order for a set of Shock Doctor hockey pants on January 5 only to have the order refunded 5 days later on January 10. To date, I still have no idea why I was refunded as no one from Surplushockey has contacted me. I understand that various issues and out-of-stock situations occur with on-line sales, but I do not understand why the company could not communicate with me and be truthful about the status of my order :(

They emailed me to say product refunded without any reason or warning

Still haven't received a confirmation of the item I purchased, nor the item itself. I ordered it a couple days before Christmas. I won't do business with this company again.

I purchased over $400 worth of things. They were clearly labeled "in stock". Within 24 hours you refunded my money because the items weren't actually in stock.

Was very disappointed with my purchase. I ordered a Howies water bottle with a long straw and received the pop top lid. No email regarding the change of lid.
