Hello. I’m not not sure if this is a fedex mistake or not. I’ve ordered plenty of these from you and never had a problem but this week I ordered two more boxes. Only one box was delivered and it was delivered to my neighbor not my house. Please either send me another box ( preferably ) or refund me 50% Of my order. Thank you. While it was a different shape box than previous orders, there were Still 75 animals inside, same as the count of the previous boxes. Maybe someone thought it was a double box, not sure.

Defective gear sent. Won’t pay for shipping to return gear. Won’t respond to my emails. Won’t respond to my calls. I am contacting my credit card company to claim fraud against Surplushockeygear

Based off picture and product description i ordered elbow pads for my son. I was sent a completely different elbow pad. When I contacted to company they said it was the same one but for youth. I emailed back and said no where does it show this other elbow pad, I would have never purchased them if I would have know I was going to get something cheap and completely different then the description and picture shown. They said I could send it back. I asked for a shipping label and never heard from them after that. I ended up going to the local hockey store to purchase what I needed. I never write reviews for anything, so disappointed in this company.

I bought a pair of youth velcro hockey shorts. The shorts themselves are not too bad, but they only have velcro on the front and not the back. You should have had pictures of the back as well or stating no velcro on back.. Had this been done, I would have bought a different pair!!

I purchased a Verbaro Cypress V1000 (white) junior stick for my son and I received a black one. SMH!
