I accepted an offer to get two pair free with the purchase of 2. Delivery was fine but When I put them onThey were too long. I am 5'6" and the socks not only came about my calf, but all the way to mid knee. Not a satisfactory fit. I emailed the support folks with the information they require for return which is an order number and the number of socks you are returning. I was returning 3 pair so I sent that information together with my order number and a request for an address to send the socks to. I have never received a reply to my requests return the socks. Instead, I have been treated to virtually daily marketing emails, several of which I have begun to respond to rather heatedly. There is a 30 day return., And I am leaving the country next week for 15 days so by the time I return I will be outside the return period. To add insult to injury, their last email stated that I had a credit that I could use to purchase more socks. the credit was for a little over $10 and nowhere near the price of the socks nor was there any indication I could cash out the credit. So far as I am concerned, these people are thieves and bandits and I would never consider purchasing the products again.

Love the feel and fit but best of all, they don’t shrink from washing like other alpaca socks I’ve tried.

Easy to order, shipping was fast and the sale price was nice. Also, the quality seems very good. I'm wearing them daily so we will see how they hold up.
