Novaflame
great service and great servers
the service is professional with friendly staff who are willing to help you, prices are fair for each pricepoint, servers are all run on high performance machines and there are often deals on what servers are available on the budget plan, if you are lucky, you might get a real good server being offered for limited time while stock lasts, I was able to get the limited edition Ryzen 9 7950X at 1$ a gig during limited time it was in stock. Not to mention, they offer server splitting for all plans, including budget, with four slots available to start with, with the option to buy more slots, the servers are very stable and offers a free server migration service too.
