SureBridgeInsurance Customer Service - Poor. After 50 minutes of hold time and multiple call, could not get through to the billing/payment section of this company. Why is it so hard for this company to take my money on my new policy? I hope this review makes it to the CEO.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!! If I could give their ass a zero I would .. This company is the biggest scam going...they collect your money every month and they never every pay any claims unless you are near dead.. and I don’t think they pay them. claim without A valid reason you can never contact their claims department they’re never available anytime you call ....you’re on hold for more than an hour do not use this company.

I received an "unable to process your payment" letter from Sure Bridge dated December 11, 2020 stating that they were unable to process my payment because of insufficient funds. I found this interesting, because I have never had a policy through SureBridge. This is for something called 58G212256 - Accident Companion. I've never heard of this company until receiving this letter and I'm certainly not going to call them to arrange for a one time payment, much less set up recurring payment options this letter "offers!!!" What a SCAM!!!

They have faithfully drafted money from my account since 2013 and I can never get anyone on the phone to help me with benefits, claims etc. They don’t return my calls or emails nor have they paid out any claims for me. With all the money this company has collected from me in premiums monthly for the last 7 years then surely that in itself is enough to cover my claim. Also the online portal is misleading. It has my coverage as being opened October 1st, 2020 when I purchased several policies effective 03/26/2013. I still have all my original paperwork.

I was sold the surebridge supplement insurance was not advised they do not pay for hospital stays only was told that if I was admitted to the hospital I would receive a check for 10,000 in two weeks put claim in denied,appeal denied I guess you have to actually die before your paid I will be contacting an attorney for false information and they don’t mind taking their money every week out of paycheck I pretty livid at this point

Complaint I need to speak with someone about a claim I didn't know I had open. The time the claim was made I HAD INSURANCE WITH YOU GUYS! I've emailed and waiting on the phone for an hour just to get cut off, again I left voice messages and reached out to the representative who gave me this BS insurance and he is no help. Can someone email me or better yet pay for the claim its for dental cleaning. Being as though I couldn't get anything else done, thanks to the rep who didn't give me all the information in the beginning. This is bad business; I will be reporting if I dont hear from someone this week.

This is a FRAUD company. I signed up for a 3 month short term insurance and they added a catastrophic insurance which billed separately. They do this on purpose to perpetuate their SCAM. (Read all other Yelp reviews exactly like mine) The person that signed me up was MALCOLM CRIGLER under HEALTHMARKET insurance. My 3 month insurance ended but they continued charging my account for the catastrophic portion for THREE YEARS under 3 names: Chesapeake insurance, Surebridge insurance and Key Bank. I’ve contacted MALCOLM CRIGLER, the company itself and a lady who said she’d help me named TAMRA ADAMS and they just gave me the run around for the past 3 months. After cancelling through the agent and through the company they still tried to bill again. PLEASE check their 66 BBB reviews and 61 YELP reviews who all say the same thing as my review. Call your BANK and alert them of this bogus fraud company and their practices. UPDATE: PLEASE READ ALL 1 STAR REVIEWS THIS COMPANY HAS ON YELP AND BBB. THEIR GENERIC RESPONSE TO ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE THE SAME AND THEY WILL DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT!
