The agent, Ms. Gretchen Keene, answered every question I had, sometimes twice or thrice. My impression is that, if she assisted me in my small purchase like that she will treat everyone like that. The only draw back is the on line form that is a receipt shows amounts and start date is in "mhtml" computer language and LA County Department of Social Services does not use that language. It uses 9 others, but not that one. All the other forms uploaded to my file at DPSS perfectly. But, your agent was spectacular!
