I ordered some Cellucor HD from your site about a week ago. It was a buy 1 get 1 free deal, but I only received 1 product. I was promptly contacted by Customer Service and informed that there was a glitch with the website. They sent me the second product soon thereafter.

This was my first time ordering from this company. After placing my order and not receiving a confirmation email I waited for 10 days for my order to arrive. Upon calling the company found out that they had a question about my order but had never contacted me to inform me of such. Once the questions they had were answered and several apologies given they informed me they would include some free samples to make up for the inconvenience. Finally received my order and no samples included.

Along with several other sites, Suppz had the supplement, but at a high price. I called customer service to ask about an alternate supplement and was pleased at the knowledge and experience of the representative ( I think it was the owner!) Ok, order placed on 11/24, Suppz charged my account immediately. A week later, still no shipment, no tracking notices, nothing; ergo a phone call to Suppz customer support... Where I'm informed that the order was "placed on hold by the anti-fraud department." Huh? Why? I'm a returning customer, used the same purchase method. This makes no sense to me. Apparently this is why I did not receive order tracking emails. So it took me calling to find out what happened to my order. Well the anti-fraud department did not hold off on charging my debit card, did they? This is lame and its no way to conduct an online mail order business. I should have received a notice or an explanation or something. I think I deserve an explanation as to why this order was "held" by the "anti-fraud department".
