First time consumer, probably will order from suppz.com again in the future, really good prices/discounts, good selection. Easy to navigate website is always a plus. They also send you free samples with your Purchases, while I didn't receive any samples i did receive a brand new shaker bottle. In regards to the samples, this is why they get a decent rating, i emailed them about my recent purchase after I found out they give samples, I never received a response in regards. One thing suppz can improve on is their customer service/email response team. Other than that I have no complaints good company, good deals.

When I received my shipment the plastic seal was off one of my protein tubs and the shaker bottle I received for free was cracked in half. Packaging needs to be better.
