I just got my box with stuff. I loved the free samples but the sample I paid for came damaged. The shaker cup is cracked all the way through. Unusable. Although this is unfortunate, the company has stepped up and said they would send me a new shaker cup. For that I am happy. Although one of the samples is expired, that is ok tho cause I don't think I would have liked it any ways. Over all pretty cool company.

I've been ordering from this company for a while. I enjoy the perks... Free shipping, coupon codes, free samples and the great prices. A few days ago I tried to place an order online but it kept giving me an error code. I tried chat for the first time and had an immediate response. Although my problem wasn't fixed it was nice not waiting to speak with someone. I called to place my order and spoke with someone right away who took my order. But the same error code was coming up for him to. He determined there was a problem with their online ordering system, he apologized and said he would start working on getting it fixed. He offered to email me when the system was online again.... Later in the morning I got an email that the problem was fixed and I could place my order. I ordered my stuff and got a confirmation email the same day that my order shipped! I was definitely frustrated that I couldn't order and kept running into problems. I feel that I received excellent customer service through out the process and that rarely happens anywhere. I don't write many reviews... Ever... But felt suppz needs to know they did an excellent job and I am a happy customer! Thank you!
