I ordered in the beginning of last month and was requested a copy of my credit card. I was confused because it was nor my first time. Any way I send the copy. But the order took more than week because of this incovinuence and after 3 weeks the box was send if a description of $52 in the bill. So I was taxed $60 to take my package. I know that it is not your falt but I pretend to ship every month and I dont expect to have this problem again. Thanka,

They sent my package to brazil withou the full adress that i gave, so the package never arrived. I alteady sent more than 20 emails and nobody helps. The email to solve returns [email protected] never answered! It was a terrible mistake buying at suppz, i never had my stuff or money back!
