I am at a different location than where they receive the actually package. I get the invoice (packing slip) brought to me and I send out the emails from there. The kind of shipping method that you picked when I track the package, doesn't tell me why either so that is why I had the response I had. I hope you understand that. Everytime I order there are stocking and shipping issues. Not worth the discount on Questbars if I have to call/email to actually have them delivered. Each time I was told it would not happen again and I would receive a " swag bag" full of extra stuff for the hassle but nothing extra arrived.

The quest bars were just what I was looking for at a great price. I couldn't be more pleased.
