I ordered a special that was going on. Within two days I received an email staying my order was shipped! One day later I get a follow up email stating they ran out of the product I ordered. They stated more would be in soon, and they would updated my shipping and add some free samples or swag for the inconvenience. I received my package today, 5 days later, and got everything I ordered, but no free samples or swag. I would still order from them because I do enjoy the personal emails and customer service. I just wish they wouldn't promise things and not follow through :/

I wanted to get supplements that were not so expensive but I didn't want to get them from a shady place. I found suppz (brother recommended it) and I got my ordered product in only 3 days! Very pleased and will be a returning customer
