Shipment was fast and hassel free. Stuff is great!

I placed my order on 11/25. Money was withdrawn and I received a tracking number. On 11/26 I was notified by email of a refund confirmation. On 12/01 I contacted the company to see why just had this refund confirmation email. I was told that my order was flagged as fraudulent and cancelled. No other justification was given. On 12/02 there was an apology and that my order had shipped and was currently in Iowa on its way to me in Virginia. As of now on 12/03 the tracking number I was originally supplied has no tracking information available, the money was returned to my account and not withdrawn a second time to support the statement that my order was actually shipped and I do not have a valid tracking number to say my order has actually shipped. If a company would for no reason and no contact with the customer just cancels orders, why would I continue business with them?

Can't thank Alex enough for everything he did with my order. Beyond excited for the results. Thank you Alex!
