The prices are always competitive, but my last few orders have been slower to ship and arrive. Two of my order confirmation emails came immediately saying my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. When I started tracking the next day, it kept saying the package had not been received by the carrier. After calling Suppz.com 2 or 3 days later, I was told one of the products in my order had been back ordered. So why did I receive an email saying the order had shipped and giving me a tracking number? I haven't been as eager to order from Suppz since that happened, at least twice.

Good service, great product. Only complaint is there wasn't any tracking on my shipment, but it got here when it was supposed to.

Don’t like the way the tracking works, because I couldn’t track it, and a little slow on shipping. Other then that, their ok.

Ordered a 5 lb tub of protein which was sold out so they substituted a with 3- 2 lb tubs and no extra cost! Thanks a lot!! Committed customer for life now!

You guys do great every time I get my package in a day maybe 2 days if that and the prices are so low I don't ever shop at gnc anymore.

Sometimes out of the products I want and I think customer service has suffered a little lately. Overall, good company and will continue to buy from them
