I ordered free supplements twice. I never got a confirmation email or the supplements!!

Suppz refunded my next day shipping fee that I paid after receiving a call to confirm that it didn't make sense to pay that much when it will be delivered in 2-7business days for free. I received my order around the 4th business day.
