Completely absent support. Non existent. They wont ever get back to you. Its like complaining to an empty chair in your kitchen. No valid email, number, support site, social media, or even chat system. I purchased Cold War and it just wont connect to servers at all and i cant get absolutely any support or feedback of any kind from these clowns. All you can do is send a complaint on activisions site and never hear anything about it again. So i guess i am out $60. What a joke.

No support whatsoever if you have an issue and customer service completely inaccessible. What a scheming company. And to top it off, their games have SO many unresolved glitches. Sort it out, Activision. Disgrace.

Support chat is completely inaccessible, just gets stuck on a loading screen. There is no phone number or e-mail address to contact. Tried contacting them on Facebook and Twitter multiple times for weeks and received one response asking for more info. Provided info and screenshots as requested and had no more replies for days since. This is to do with an issue where i've given them my money and not received the product I was paying for, all in all this is a pretty appalling level of support given just how large and wealthy a corporation like Activision-Blizzard are, they can definitely afford to hire more support staff.

Grundlose Sperre am PC über Battle.net, PS4 kann ich aber ganz normal mit dem Account spielen. Support von Blizzard 1A Antwort innerhalb 24h. Support von Activision in meinen Augen nicht vorhanden da noch kein Feedback (>52h), mich wundert die lange Feedback Zeit nicht bei der Anzahl an Problemen die Leute mit Warzone haben. Die Ausrede mit Corona ist auch erbärmlich Steam, Blizzard alle anderen schaffen es....

Trying to get in contact with them for 2 months. Support website is always busy. And they send me 1 mail. Reacted back, no awnsers so far. Payed over 20 Euro's on CoD Points. Never recieved them. Worsed support so far

It never works. Chat is always "busy". When it works, it breaks without even starting a conversation as it won't load the chat window. Frustrating. Was trying to reach them for 4 (FOUR!) months with zero response. It's sad to see names like this ignoring their community. And the community is definitely disappointed.

I play cod mw 2019 most times, its funny game, but all my cod points gone for no f**king reason live chat now working, twitter no response, terrible support. If they not give me back my cod points im refunding my purchases!!!

this is proberply the worst support ever they never answer or they just get a box that the chat is not open before 11 am 8 pm pt it is open for mordern warfare but not for MW warzone in 3 days i now i have not could join a game why are you guys not helping people
