Account hacked and no support offered
Account hacked and no support offered! Over a year on warzone and all my money and hours ive spent on it now gone! Never again will i buy an activision game, thhank god battlefield is coming out!

hahaha what a joke Their support is so bad. The account security is the worst i have ever seen, you can change email adress and password without any type of identity verification. Want to retrieve your account? Too bad, activision has made it impossible.

Customer support is like a scam call center
I lost my Activision acct. and since then, I have received four emails stating that they need more time. It's been over 20 days and this season will end before I earn tier 100 on the battle pass. I'm sure in their minds, I could just buy the tiers. Worst support ever!

Worst Support ever.
Account stolen due to the lack of security of activision it self. Account stolen on the 9th of may. Made a temporary Account following their recovery procedure. Since then no one answered me. Is impossibile to send email or contact them. 300 hours of gameplay, many cosmethics, damascus. No one, no one taking care of it. Unbelievable. I'm 49 i play since atari, never ever had such a bad experience. krukbee is my nick Just money takers.

Absolut unfähiger Support der zweimal…
Absolut unfähiger Support der zweimal die selben Lösungsansätze schickt und dann 7 Tage nicht antwortet.Bei etwas, wofür ich 60€ ausgegeben habe, sollte der Support mir eigentlich zu Füßen liegen. Finger weg von Activision die sind zu einem geldgierigen Haufen geworden.

Finger weg! DECKS-LADEN!
Zuerst mal, schade, dass man nicht null Sterne geben kann. Dann nochmal schade, dass das Unternehmen in Amerika sitzt.. (sonst würde ich klagen.) Was soll ich sagen, es ist einfach ein dreck-Laden.... Absoluter Schrott. Der Support besteht wohl aus einer 2 Mann-Crew, die wohl keinerlei EDV Kenntnisse hat und wahrscheinlich weder lesen noch schreiben kann. Wahrscheinlich haben die da aus geldgier noch vorweltkriegs-schreibmaschinen und nichtmal Computer die an das Supportsystem angebunden sind.
