This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced? I have had countless issues (normally not receiving items) and they have not resolved a single one. I have been made to jump through hoops on a phone app which is ridiculous. Sort yourself out guys, good customer service is easy to achieve when you actually care. I've been made to feel like I'm trying to steal something valuable, which is a joke.

Der eine Stern ist noch zuviel,nachdem ich mir Punkte für Vanguard gekauft habe und keine Punkte erhalten habe,habe ich Blizzard angeschrieben ich solle mich an Activision wenden,das habe ich auch getan doch leider keine Antwort und auch keine Bestätigungsmail bis jetzt erhalten,ganz einfach einen Widderuf bei meiner Bank gestartet;Formular ausgefüllt "Bezahlt und keine Waren erhalten,so einfach ist das,anstatt sich immer rumzuärgern. Nie wieder so ein Saftladen!

Servizio pessimo è dire poco. Assistenza inesistente. Mi è stato hackerato l'account battle.net e di conseguenza poi non so cosa abbiano fatto su Cold War, gioco molto bello che ho anche pagato, e nonostante ciò mi hanno bannato per chissà quali azioni fatte sul mio account a mia insaputa e non ho nessun modo per recuperare il mio account e nessun modo per comunicare con Activison. Intanto il pagamento per Cold War è stato fatto e non posso nemmeno più utilizzarlo per colpa di un assistenza che non esiste, vergognatevi.

I have Been shadowbanned 7 times since december 2021, i Get shadowbanned every 8-10 days. actually destroying their own game. No wonder people are leaving And its impossible to contact them, and Thats because they know it aswell

Non riesco ad avere supporto da loro per poter accedere al mio account, nessun call center, solo email generate automaticamente. Il peggior supporto che abbia mai visto

Awful support and service cant even get a update or a email back after days of not being able to play the new season I will remove post if they help but that's if activision please try get back to blogsunshine on email

I think oh I would like to play CoD with my friends this evening… oh wait I have a 10 hour update, guess I will play tomorrow. Oh wait here is another 10 hour update. The amount of useless rubbish you keep pumping out requiring updates is actually astonishing.

Followed their instructions to link my account from xbox to pc. My profile is now reset and my stats and weapons and everything is now gone. Don’t think I’ll trust activision again, they dont even have twitter/email/phone support. Really poor service, given that they make you register for so much crap.
