Activision ignores all bug reports. They say they send followups to a "higher team" (whatever that means in their ESL country) but I don't think that team exists.

also ich habe mir letztes weihnachten dieses spiel heruntergeladen und mittlerweile über 600 spielstunden auch habe ich 120 euro in das spiel gesteckt für skins und bundls. im nachhinein betrachtet sehr sehr dumm denn ich wurde schon zum 5ten mal in einen schadowbann gefic+kt heisst wieder mal 1e woche stille treppe für angebliche hacks auf meinem rechner was nicht stimmt. und blo ß weil manmal eine gute runde hat mit 8 kills auf vondel und dich jeder affe reported der das spiel einfach nicht kann bekommt man einen shadowbann einfach schlecht nach 5 mal checken des gleichen accounts immer verdacht auf einen account zu haben einfach schlecht

A hacker has changed my info enough to where I can no longer request my account info, change my email, or delete the account. The phone number provided for support goes nowhere. The links to deal with unauthorized activity all require the exact ID# that I don't have, because it is in the hands of the hacker. I have emailed, but based on reviews I doubt that will help. Overall very unimpressed and irritated that such a massive company doesn't care about its user's privacy and security, and that they won't even staff support. Apparently it use to be volunteer based? Pathetic. Activision recueves massive profits every day, yet still can't be bothered to adequately staff people to provide support. Disgusting.

They ignored to help me with their faulty product. There game is full of bugs and they don't assist you with it. Their representative name is Gonazalo M, who choose to ignore his customers.

Absolutely shocking company. Been wrongly permanently banned for allegedly cheating. Never used a cheat in my life and has taken me 6 months to get to the level I was at on warzone. Customer support is non existent and after raising a ticket I was told yes, our security system said you were cheating. Case closed. Decision will not be over turned. I will never again play or purchase from this sh i t show of a company. I have encountered numerous blatant cheats and reported them, but I am the one to be banned?. Disgraceful. I spent £65 on the vault edition of modern warfare 2 and have bought numerous items from the store. Never again. Once a ticket has been raised and they ignore your dispute there is no way of making a complaint or contacting them. Money grabbing daylight robbery.

The support is terrible! Activision banned me for no reason, and they only sent me a robot-like response. They don't care about you at all. Activision takes your money and provides no value. Don't buy from them!
