Worst customer service I have ever seen, ever. Banned for days for no reason. Not even informed in any way of what may have caused it. Not a single possibility of contacting anyone about the problem. -infinite/10

Sono un giocatore Call of Duty da tempo immemore. Gioco online a questo gioco da oltre 13 anni. L'azienda Activision attua da alcuni tempi delle politiche alquanto discutibili per non dire ai limiti della legalità in quanto questi giochi costano non poco e si permettono di bannare in maniera insindacabile e perenne gli utenti senza fornire adeguate spiegazioni. Nel mio caso hanno asserito violazioni riguardanti l'uso di fantomatici software, senza menzionare quali. Nulla di tutto ciò perché non ho messo in atto nulla che possa aver avuto influenza sulle prestazioni o sui risultati del gioco. Può anche capitare in maniera inconsapevole di violare eventuali e recondite clausole del regolamento che ovviamente non vengono evidenziate al momento dell'acquisto, ma, anche se fosse questo il caso, bannare perennemente equivale all'ergastolo! Persino a chi ammazza persone vere e ribadisco VERE spesso viene data una pena con una fine stabilita. Qui no. Ma d'altra parte sono americani, hanno la pena di morte, di cosa ci meravigliamo? Sono davvero esterrefatto da queste politiche. Ho provato a contattare l'assistenza più volte, sia quella italiana che quella americana, e si sono rifiutati di ascoltare le mie ragioni solo perché il loro giudizio è insindacabile e finale come lo chiamano loro. Ci rendiamo conto? Rispondono "comprendiamo la tua frustrazione ma non ti possiamo fare niente". Roba da pazzi! Fortunatamente vedo dalle recensioni che non sono solo ma Activision non è un'azienda moderna altrimenti avrebbe maggiore attenzione verso il cliente. Non vedo alcuna risposta alle recensioni il che equivale praticamente a fregarsene altamente del cliente. Nel 2023 un'azienda seria risponde e fa tesoro delle recensioni dei clienti, specie quelli che l'hanno ampiamente foraggiata nel corso degli anni. Avete tanto tanto tanto e ancora TANTO da imparare e francamente un po' dovreste anche vergognarvi dopo che un vostro cliente da tantissimi anni vi fa un liscebusso di questo genere!

I reported that I want my PSN unlinked from an Activision account but because I already switched it this year. It’s not possible. I switched it first time because a hacker gained access to my original Activision account and for security reasons I switched it unknowing I couldn’t switch it back. First off all why in hell don’t a multimillion dollar company have live support? I guess they afraid that everybody will call and yell at them. But I clicked through support and send an email to them explaining my problem. The confirmation email I got back said within 24 hours they would resolve my problem, we are now rapidly going on 48 hours and I haven’t heard or seen a thing from them but of cause I can’t get in touch with them and just have to not play their game and wait This is the worst costumer service I have ever seen in my entire life

tja wo soll man anfangen? Ich spiele gern derzeit ne runde mw3 zombies. jetzt habe ich ein kleines problem, mit der wertung von fortschritt der storymissions. ich logge am pc über battlenet ein und wenn man dort den support anschreiben will kann man eigentlich garnicht mw3 auswählen. da das ja eigentlich activiosn ihr problem ist. klasse zusammenarbeit. als nächstes kommt dann, da ich das game über battlenet/blizzard gekauft habe habe ich nie einen extra activions login erhalten. nun kann man eigenltich auswählen , dass man mit dem battlenet login bei activion rein will, sollte ja funktionieren. man wird dann zu einer acc-erstellungsseite weitergeleitet. klasse, aber ich hab doch schon einen acc, der verbunden sein müsste. ok nagut, daten eingeben, welche verlangt werden. und kurz vor schluss springt die registrierung immer wieder vom 4. schritt auf den 3. und wieder zurück..... wie soll ich da mein anliegen jemals anbringen können? nutzlose it abteilung. und ja ich habe mehrere browser versucht. bereue dezent die kohle doch wieder ausgegeben zu haben.

There is no support but you can report cheating very easily. Or hacking. Game breaking issue? All I got was a screen for feedback and bug report, no support ticket. The problem? won't let me download the campaign for a £70 game. Tried everything.

Schlechtester Support überhaupt. Man wird mit Standardprotokoll abgespeist und keiner kümmert sich wirklich um dein Problem. Schlussendlich wird der Fall einfach geschlossen. Und dabei will ich nur mit jemandem vom Sicherheitsteam sprechen.

Support schrecklich. Als ich ein Problem in COD Mobile gemeldet hatte, und ich indirekt verarscht wurde, weil der Irl Shop nicht richtig funktioniert hat, wurde ich vom support mit einem Link abgefrühstückt, und mit der Aussage ich solle mich über den Link an den Support wenden, da er mir nicht helfen könne. Der Link führte mich zum MW II Support, also gar nicht dem Spiel, mit dem ich Probleme hatte. Das es einfach frech ist 150 Euro für einen unlimitierten Skin zu verlangen ist ohnehin schon Frech, und ist total untransparent, da der Gesamtpreis nicht erkenntlich ist.
