I received a confirmation that my order was placed and being processed over the next 48 hrs. After a few days I never heard anything, so I did some research on the internet, read lots of bad reviews and decided I better email the company to find out the order status/situation. They informed me it was being processed, then another email said they ran out of the product. All of this after I've already been charged and they received my money! If I hadn't emailed them, who knows what would have happened. I then canceled my order and thankfully got my money back. So that was at least a good result.

Ordered Now Food product 4 days ago, order still pending and processing. That is too long just for that. And 3 days before ordering i sent 2 emails regarding to this product, no one answered still to those emails. Really unprofessional.

Hello, I made two purchases on the 10th of August (Order ID: 416318 Order ID: 416317), 15 days ago. I asked for the tracking number right after the purchase. Until today (24th of August) I had not received the tracking numbers, so today I sent an email asking for the tracking numbers. I was surprised by the information that both my purchases has been canceled. I would like to know why haven't Supplente Central informed me about the cancelled purchase and its reason so I could have the made the purchase again sooner. I need the supplements I was buying and now I will have to wait extra 14 days to receive it If I decide to go through with the purchase after this. Thank you, Sergio Silva

I ordered 2 essential oils. Nearly 2 weeks later I received notification that my order had been cancelled due to "quality control". I placed the order again one week ago and I've yet to receive it. So far it's been a huge disappointment.

Over 2 weeks later still no package. In the meantime I orfered on herb twice after & received parcels. If it's not shown up soon I will be calling to complain

My order was canceled after you had sent me a tracking number. You said you were out of the item I had ordered. Seems a bit strange to get a tracking number and then you run out. Not good business. Web site should say if product is out. I did get a refund. That was good. If I try to order again I will call first, but really shouldn't have to. UP DATE your web site daily to give people better service.

I bought Hydrobuilder from your side, and shipped it to my Brother, so that in return he can ship it to me in Palestine. I contacted you several times to clear this issue, no way! thank you for the bad experience!
