421441 10/12/2015 Voided $117.26 I needed these items or I would not have ordered them I've been waiting for weeks... I wrote supplement central in regards to what was the hold up on my order? Never heard from them I went back in to see when my order would be arriving and I get in the status VOIDED really what the heck??? Don't think I'll be a customer any longer can't believe they didn't send my order or contact me after I asked what the hold up was.... VOIDED I can't believe how unprofessional....

Waited 2 weeks then received an automated email saying my order had been cancelled. Thanks for wasting my time!

Did Not Have My Order But Still Took My Order

If you don't mind waiting 2 weeks for shipping you would be satisfied.

I ordered some supplements in Sep, didn't get any shipping confirmation for next one week, so I called them to ask what's going on. The customer service said they don't have the products in stock and will cancel my order. I was going to ask why they didn't tell me before I called, but they hang up the phone. They didn't update the stock information for the product, didn't contact me about my order even no stock, the customer service sucks. I was waiting for more than 1 week, then no products, just get refund. I don't recommend this online store.

If there was a rating less than 1 star, I would have picked ti. I ordered a product, waited over 2 weeks and was refunded because you were unable to provide the product you advertised for sale. Greatest marketing for a competitor ever.

After two straight years buying products on a monthly basis from Supplement Central they decided to lower the quality of customer services to the floor. I had spent almost U$ 1000, only this year, and recently I had two purchases canceled and they simply refused to give me any information about it. Never have trouble with my Credit Card before, so I don´t think it´s a matter regarding the Credit Card company. But by not giving me the information that I need they simply do not give a damn about our orders or if they care about keepo doing business. That´s the way I see it.

I ordered a package and paid for the fastest option on Sep 9th. My package was not delivered until the 18th. Steve from customer service asked that I call UPS to find out. I did call, my package was being held at customs in Canada. They were holding my package because they were trying to reach your company to obtain my contact information to call me. They left a voice mail on 09/14 and also emailed you on 09/17. Your company failed to respond to either. With the amount of repeat business I give your company I would expect that you could at least refund my delivery charge for me. Very unhappy client.
