My last order was placed on january 4th n received it the 21st , this is the third order in a row this has happend. Didnt even respond to my emails when asking for a status update. So quick to take ur money so slow to send it. They have great prices but its not worth when u keep running out.

My products arrived with broken seals and product was seeping out. All that after they forgot to send my purchase after ordering.

2 weeks after I ordered and still never got my package...no email telling me it shipped and it was supposed to be 2-4 days shipping. Very upset!

This company SupplementCentral is unbelievably unprofessional. They charged my credit card and never notified me that the product that I ordered was unavailable. Only by checking my credit card charges 10/27/15, was I able to see charge on 10/14/15. So, if a customer doesnt carefully check their credit card charges, SupplementCentral.com collects money for nothing! I will be telling all my relatives, friends, and neighbors to never deal with this company.

We apologized for the mistake we made. We do not charge people for the orders they place and just cancel them without refunding the customer. We have been in business for 14 years now and that is not how we operate.
