I ordered on 12/21/14. I haven't received my products yet. Order # 392431. I logged into my account and it says my order is pending. Why is it pending, I haven't received an email stating it is on backorder. I love this website, they have selection and the prices are moderate, but I expected to receive my products by now. I just need to know whether to order them somewhere else or not.

I placed order 388106 on 11/22/14, 8 days ago, and it's been "pending" or "processing" since. My emails haven't been answered, and I've no idea if there's an issue with the credit card or something else is wrong. Additionally, each time I log into my account online, I notice my order not only remains in the cart, but it adds all the items on my order into the cart again. I've cleared the cart, but it comes back. If I log in 3 times, my order is there again times three! So, again, this makes me question if my order ever left the cart or was properly received.
