I've clicked on "Buy 1 Optimum Nutrition Pre-Workout and get 1 BSN Nitrix sample for free" (or something like this) but it did not come in the package. Since this is the second time it happens, I'm writing down my concerns and frustrations.

Sorry that promo ended a few months ago and the banner should have been updated.

First order placed 11/27 and received 11/30 - excellent. Second order placed 12/8 and after an email on 12/15 found out what I order was back ordered. I had no notification of the B.O. until this email. Then it took me stating I was running out and they had to confirm I wanted 3 bottles of 60 ct instead of 1 bottle 180 ct before they shipped it. The second bottle has finally been shipped. Not sure I will order from them again.

Most recent order was made with ease, but it made it look like all my items were in stock. Nope, found that they were not and so I had to cancel the order. Would have been nice to know, but only found out after when I sent email. Need to know at time of ordering or notification from them. Either way order canceled and may or may not order from them again. May give them a second chance.

I ordered 2 things and a couple days after ordering and paying they say they are outta stock. I have to say i was disappointed but the guy who helped me through email was prompt and apologetic, asked if there was something else I would like since they were out of what I wanted . I said no thanks just a refund and btw refund was instant. Great service and prompt! That is why I will shop them again!! Customer service is awesome thanks Steve

I feel I should have gotten a response after I placed the order/it took 2 weeks before I received an email stating that my item had been shipped & a tracking number. I feel I should have been notified right after I placed my order that it was it process.

The prices are great. There is à huge choice of products and that is awesome. But the shipping (international one) is too slow. And the customer service can't provide information. They keep saying "please allow more time" . All i wanted was to know where is my product. I ordered on August 30 and still have no information about my item location

I bought the mat as it was the cheapest smooth mat I could find online to make into a steampunk tophat. Please stop bothering me.
