No "in or out of stock" capability...
You obviously don't have the capability to know what is in stock. My order was taken, processed, then cancelled 10 days later and payment refunded for "out of stock" item. I went back to your website and it still shows that someone can order the product, even though you obviously don't have any...

Still waiting for my order after two weeks
I had to e-mail you first after one week, then you e-mailed me to say you were out of stock and you will get them in next week. regards C.Deane

Item took forever to get here
Yes, the product was a bit cheaper on this site than other sites, but the item took FOREVER to get here-- Just short of 2 weeks! The previous company I bought from was a little more expensive, but I received my order in 2 days. I'd rather pay a little more to get what I ordered quickly, then I can use it when I actually need it.

False advertising
If you're going to offer a free product list that colors are limited or not available at all. Didn't find out until AFTER I placed the order.

Nothing was falsely advertised, the picture showed a grey shirt and that's what was included with the order. Also it was free.

Too long to send my order
I'm very sad about my last buy. It s still in processing... almost 20 days!!!!

We sent you an email the day the order was processed asking for additional information. We could not send the order until we received that information.
