Too many broken cookies
Your cookies are delicious but 5 of the 10 cookie packs had broken cookies. I cannot serve these cookies! You need to improve your shipping method.

Hi Jane, We're so sorry to hear that your cookies arrived broken. I'll raise this with our delivery team, but as our shortbread cookies are baked for that crumbly texture, this can happen quite easily. its been 3 weeks and still has not shipped
I have yet to receive anything from your company. I wrote last week to ask for an update, and got nothing back. I would like to cancel.

Order still not shipped after 3 weeks
I was asked to give a review but my order hasn’t even shipped yet even though I placed it 3 weeks ago. Hopefully the products are better than their timing.
