Hi Karim, Thank you for your review! We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. Our commitment is to ensure product availability, but as we rely on 3rd party suppliers, occasional stock shortages, delayed shipping, or damaged goods can occur. We strive to keep you informed of out-of-stock situations and their status, so you can take the affected products from your store and cancel and refund the orders if needed. Restocking dates are approximate and subject to change due to factors beyond our control. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and we'll do our best to assist you.

Hi Brad, Thank you for your feedback! Firstly, I apologize for any confusion you've experienced. All the information regarding our shipping rates and the EORI number requirement is available in our Help Center and outlined in our service terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of our users to familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions when opening a store. I want to assure you that we take your concerns seriously, however, it's important to recognize that this situation was not deliberate, and there was no fault on our end. While we have no phone support, you can always reach us at [email protected].

Hi Tommy, We're sorry for the inconvenience you've faced with shipping times and label quality. Our terms of use outline a 3-5 business day fulfillment process, followed by 1-3 business days for shipping. For orders placed on weekends, it might take up to 12 days (business days plus weekends) in total to receive the order. We take pride in our label quality and would appreciate photo proof of any issues to address them promptly. We understand your frustration and are working to improve both shipping times and label quality to enhance the overall experience. Thank you for your feedback.

Dear Infinite Ether, We apologize for the experience you had with our product and the label quality. Your feedback is important to us, and we're truly sorry that our product did not meet your expectations. We take pride in the quality of our products and the image they represent. It's concerning to hear that the label was not up to the standards we strive for. We'd like to make this right for you. If possible, could you kindly reach out to us with your order number and a photo of the received products? This will help us better understand the issue and take appropriate action, whether it's issuing a refund or sending a replacement. We value your business and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to improving based on your feedback.

Dear user, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lead time for order fulfillment. However, we are not integrated with the TikTok shop and our terms of use clearly state that our fulfillment time is 2-5 business days. The countdown starts once the order status changes from "new" to "accepted." However, we are actively working on expanding our fulfillment center to offer faster fulfillment times in the future. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hi Philip, Thank you for your feedback! While it is unfortunate that you encountered high duty taxes on your shipments to Thailand and Canada, we would like to emphasize that this is not a reflection of our products or services. Our Help Center clearly states that all products are shipped from the USA, and therefore customers outside of the US will be subject to customs and import fees. Customs fees vary by country and are influenced by factors such as the declared value of the items, local regulations, and import duties imposed by the destination country's government. Unfortunately, this is not something we can affect.
