Mr. Wojcik was very frank about what his contract involved and he delivered on every aspect. He was always available for advise, explanations and options in the sales process. I feel he was able to deliver at least as much service as any of the brokers demanding 3X his fee. Mr. Wojcik made and otherwise complicated and confusing situation much less so. I would recommend his service.

Jason did a great job! We had one home in escrow that didn’t work out. He kept at it and worked through the process on the next one we found. He kept us in the loop and was responsive to questions.

Mostly good with Jason. Not always clear what we should be doing next. Otherwise all was good. But we are old and we are used to dealing with people in person. At our age we would have loved a little hand holding help.
