What I like the most is the you have several ways to submit your projects and download the resulting rendered frames. In my particular case, I always face the same problem: the computer I use to connect to the Internet is not the same I use for work, so I need a renderfarm service that allows to submit the project just by uploading it, not by using the DCC software. They allow that, so that's cool. Things to improve: support for scenes with multiple render setup layers AND references is poor and prone to errors and I usually end up having to create a version of the scene just for renderfarm usage, I don't like that. Also the available methods of downloading the final frames, including their app are several and that's great, but they are also prone to errors and missing or corrupted files. But they added the CyberDuck app and I can assure it works perfect. The support team is usually reachable via whatsapp, and it's great to be able to chat with them, even at home or out. I think that's all. As I said, overall good service, open to improve.
