Hello Anthony, We're sorry for the inconvenience. You placed two orders, a few days apart. It seems that both orders were shipped together. And our fulfillment center applied your first order shipping preference, which was standard shipping. We will refund you the priority shipping cost you paid for in your 2nd order. Hello Brian, We initiated your refund immediately after you requested to cancel. Unfortunately, we're not bankers and can't control how speedy they do their money transfers. We'll email you the receipt of the refund. It will include the last 4 numbers of the card you used to pay, so you can check that account to see if the refund has shown up.
