Hi Mario, yeah it looks like the US mail experienced delays, but your package was delivered on Dec. 10. The US mail usually has some issues during the holidays, but we trust they won't have any problems the next time you order. So, if they did not work for you, please see your primary care physician for consultation. Just as your doctor will tell you, some medications may not work for everyone.
