This platform helps me keep in contact with recent and past clients even when I am too busy to intend to my phone. I appreciate it's automation and its suggestive mass texts.

I use SuperPhone for business communications with the independent contractors I work with and I love that I am able to systemize conversations. They have both a mobile and desktop app which makes it easy for me to use wherever I am. I'm able to respond quickly and efficiently to every message. (Also, being able to send happy birthday texts to people without thinking about it is always a plus!)

For the first month I tried to do almost everything that I was doing on MailChimp but for text to A/B test and saw great results. The very first broadcast message that sent on SuperPhone received an 87% click-through rate with only a few unsubscribes. I thought it was beginner’s luck but I’m consistently seeing a 70-85% click-through on all of my broadcasts. My team also can respond manually to shipping requests or questions that people may send in about their order. Def recommended.

I love that they have both a mobile and desktop app. I apply most of my settings on the desktop and use the app when I’m on the go. I’m able to respond to my customers quickly when I’m out of the office.
