I was conned during the order process…
I was conned during the order process to "sign up" (somewhere in the fine print) for some "online course" re the Brazilian Wood use. No mention of where or how to activate this "course" during the order process so I only became aware of this "course" when the $79.92 recurring charges begin showing up. This con job (even with refund) insures that I cannot recommend nor re-purchase your product. Which has not worked for me....was going to give it some more time, but now I may take advantage of your money back guarantee. Karma a b-word..

The representative was professional and efficient
The representative was professional and efficient in solving my concern quickly and without questions. I did not know I signed up for a subscription. When I saw two separate charge card charges, she immediately went to work on removing them. Received confirmation on one of the reimbursements almost immediately.

5G comes up short on claims
Everything advertised for 5G sounded like it was exactly what I had been looking for. I ordered 2 bottles. The advertisement suggested 1 pill per day. After 30 days the only noticeable change was an increase in energy. I called and requested a refund. The representative informed me to keep taking 5G as it takes time to work. After completing another 30 days still no increase in libido or improved erections. I gave my overall experience a 3 star review but 2 of those stars were for the no hassle refund of my purchase.
