First off my customer service rep was friendly and honest. I believe I made the mistake in not canceling my subscription. Yet Daryl was willing to refund my purchase no questions asked. Almost unheard of today. Solid business practices. Please feel confident in purchasing products from this company. They prqctice what they preach.

Kevin was quick . Your email response of within 24 hours never happened
Kevin was quick to resolve my issue with monthly charges. Im a little less happy with your email response. I emailed you December 30 and again 2 weeks later got no response at all Your product had no effect and i wanted a refund on rhe 3 additional bottles i took for a month and saw no changes. But i furgit to call back before the 90 days thats my fault

This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. I ordered the product, used it for 30 days (it was only a 14-day dose apparently), and didn't realize until a couple months later, that I was being billed EACH MONTH, a subscription (that I did not sign up for). I called their Customer Service and was informed that the "subscription" was for a "monthly book" Once again, I only wanted a 14-day dose, not an ongoing "subscription" to a "book" Hopefully I will not be billed anymore, but just FYI, check your Bank/Credit Card Statements!

Customer support Lianne (108) was very helpful. She listened and did exactly what I requested. My only strike on her is telling me I am wrong. However, in not sure about this company. The advertisement that I responded to did not say anything about a monthly subscription. Thankfully, they emailed me before charging my card. How many would have missed this email? Many. This was inappropriate use of PCI information. Further, the agreement that I do have is full refund of I see no value of this product within 90 days of regular use (with no return) plus a bottle of something supplied by their distributor. According to Lianne, there will be a full refund, however I have to return unused product, and there is no trial bottle from the distributor. She was not informed properly and now the burden is on me to prove it.

DO NOT BUY from SuperNaturalMan.
DO NOT BUY from SuperNaturalMan.. The customer service is probably the ONLY good thing about the company. When you sign up to buy bottles they will "TRICK" you, by using FINE FPRINT, and put you on a SUBSCRIPTION where they will send you 6 bottles in less than 60 days. They ALSO do NOT have a shipping address other than a PO BOx so returning is ONLY through USPS. Read all the trustpilot reviews. The only reason it shows as good is because their customer service, if you can find how to get to them, is extraordinary and MOSTLY about getting REFUNDS and not about the product. Also, their URl with 5gmale is a dangerous site to visit. No physical address is another big alarm. As well, most of the replies are from Shaun who copies and pastes the replys that do not offer actual solutions. They pawn it off to “passing along to management”...

It doesent work i caceled and realized…
It doesent work i caceled and realized they were still billing my card for over a year, no product , just charging me. I canceled again on 1-6-24,today i-8-24 they billed me again for 293.oo and said my order is on uit's way , had to call again and cancel and demand a 293.oo rerfund, we'll see how that goes. don't get caught up in this scam.
