SuperMossReviews of supermoss.com

I couldn’t believe the “quality” of the moss It was beautiful great color very clean. I used to buy bales of moss in California They no longer sell bales here because of some regulatory issues, ridiculous. I’m Glad I found you on the Internet I like to make planted-baskets and your moss made a phenomenal one. I recommended a yes!! to anyone to purchase.👍

The process of ordering is easy and convenient and I'm very satisfied with the product.

Great customer service. Products always in stock and delivered quickly. Quality products and packaging.

Shipped fast, moss was so green and pretty! Even prettier than the ones i saw in store at tractor supply. Would definitely buy here agan!

I thought I ordered a size 14” cone shaped basket. I received the confirmation that I ordered a 12” basket. I sent an email and they responded fairly quickly to let me know it didn’t come in a size 14. As it turns out, the baskets look great and I will be ordering 2 more of them.

This was my first order with SuperMoss. It will not be my last. My order came on time but the box was quite battered. Upon opening I found my cone hanging basket, smashed into an oval shape. I was not able to bend it back to its original shape. I contacted SuperMoss and they said they would ship out a replacement after seeing the photos I sent in the email. That afternoon, my husband saw the bent one, he reshaped it and it looked pretty darn good. I contacted SuperMoss, told them I didn’t need a replacement, all was good. The next workday, they sent me a message stating that the replacement was already on its way, and to keep it as a gift for my troubles. That is what I call excellent customer service. I will be placing orders with them in the future. Angela Kamely
