It was easy to order and the delivery was quicker than anticipated. The only issue was loose hardware for 1 chassis out of 39. Waiting for a response to have the 1 chassis returned for inspection/repair.

The PC runs great so far. The front USB jacks even work now (on our older units those are miswired). I forgot to order a DVD drive, I wish the sales guy had asked me if I want to supersize anything when I requested the quote :-)

Nice site with plenty of options to enable you to build just the machine you need. Calling for clarification or customization is easy-peasy. Build time is reasonable and expedited shipping is supported. We have ordered several systems through SuperLogics in the past few years and will keep them on our short-list.

We received a dud computer and still working on exchanging it. I've had good experiences in the past.

Thank you very much for your review. It is my understanding that your computer was ordered with Windows 7 Pro (64 Bit) installed and was initially fully functional. Then, an Ubuntu OS installation was attempted without first wiping the Windows OS from the hard drive. This order of events may have lead to corruption of the Windows installation on the drive. Nevertheless, we are happy to pay to have you ship it back to us, install Ubuntu, and pay to ship it back to you. Your feedback is an important part of our effort to constantly improve and I want to thank you again for taking the time to communicate and thank you for your business. - Matt (508-650-9500 x101)

was led to believe that I would receive sooner than it was received.

Thank you very much for your review. I'm glad you took the time to provide us with this important feedback. We have a variety of systems in place to provide accurate lead time information prior to the sale and throughout the procurement and production process. I would greatly appreciate hearing from you about the details of your experience so that I can try to identify opportunities to improve our systems. Thank you! Matt (508-650-9500 x101)

The servers arrived with the CD/DVD drives mounted but the connectors to the motherboard were not there. Ou tech took about a day to figure out what the issue was. This was the case on all 3 servers we ordered. The servers were ordered around the time of the snow storms out East. I understand this is uncontrollable but did not receive any shipment updates through out the period (until we contacted sales). Though we had these issue we have several Super Logics throughout our company and have had few issues. We will continue to order.

Thank you for your review. While the weather played a role in the order's delay and our updates, I want to apologize for the CD/DVD connector issue. While we can't control the weather we certainly should have made that connection. Your feedback is an important part of our effort to constantly improve and I want to thank you again for taking the time to communicate and thank you for your business. - Matt M.
