Excellent customer service and follow-thru. Even though there was a mix-up at the shipping site, they kept us informed and an immediate follow-thru got the emergency product thru to the end-user in a timely manner. The folks were quick about getting us approved for a Net 30 account as well. KUDOS to all for helping us help our client solve an emergency issue!

With so many buying options out there, it is always nice when you stumble across a "hidden gem." The kind of company that isn't so big to be too corporate or mainstream, but still fully established with a great product line and outstanding personal service. SuperLogics is just that kind of company. I have used SuperLogics for several machines and the experience and pricing has always been better than I could have hoped. You get exactly what you ask for, you get top notch service and support and the machines they build are top quality ... especially given the price. When you find a company like SuperLogics, you simplify your life because now you know you have a supplier you can always count on. Highly recommend doing business with them.

I've ordered a number of SuperLogics rack-mount systems both at work and for home use. Never disappointed. The enclosures are well designed, solidly built, with good fit and finish. Their system builders install all the accessories you order and tie all the cables up neatly. The software install CD is free from "crapware" and contains exactly the drivers you will need (I can only speak for a Windows setup). Manuals for the OEM motherboard are there too. I also appreciate the emails after ordering: you get a nice confirmation of exactly what you ordered and when it will arrive. I have not tried their customer service. Didn't need to! But it might be good to call them before committing to an order on a custom system... so many options.
