I think your service is top knock but your sales of computers customized has something to be desired. Overall, I'll give it a great rating of the whole experience with Superlogics!! I definitely recommend them.

Good value for the $$$. The configuration tool seemed to have been changed since I last used it so I got confused creating a custom configuration. However a chat session cleared everything up.

SuperLogics makes great computers and provides super service! Only reason not 5 stars is initial problem with display. Quick response to repair, so all is good!

The SUPERLOGICS delivery was on time. One component was not up to standards. The Trustpilot terms and conditions are unwieldy and not conducive to trust.
