Our experience working with SuperLogics is always fantastic!! We've purchased two rack mount computers of the past few years and this last one we made a mistake in how we asked it to be configured and the support team with John M helped us with an RMA and their knowledge and efforts we were able to purchase an upgrade and received back the configuration we needed. My apologies to vendor superlogics for my original review - comments below - . I got them mixed up with another vendor we used to purchase another Panel Mount PC. my original statements regarding the product were submitted and I was think of a different vendor. - original comments - I guess if you need what they have it ok... BUT the panel mount PCs are overpriced and old technology. Compared to other items on the market, this equipment is already mostly obsolete and definitely overpriced. -

While I have yet to fully test the mini PC that I purchased, the responsiveness of the Sales staff has been excelent. I found that I received answers to my questions quickly and the explaination of issue to be honest. I can only beleive thier product will be as good.

I narrowed down my search for a new server to SuperLogics and SuperMicro--both strong server companies. I wound up buying from SuperLogics--they happened to have just the right server for my needs--a pure SSD system with room for lots of additional storage and RAM. We're moving into new office space that does not provide 24/7 cooling, so heat was a major consideration. I worked exclusively with Rich Constantini, who was both knowledgeable and professional (quickly answered all my questions and was able to customize a system to meet my specs). Once ordered, the server arrived in about a week--ready to go. I have the luxury of spending about three weeks before it goes online, so it's actually been a fun setup instead of a pressured one. Final note--the PCIe RAID controller with the Samsung 960 NMVe SSD M.2 setup is *really* nice! Highly recommend SuperLogic's servers!
